Rizal was a genius person; he had created a movement called La Liga Filipina. This movement helped to advocate moderate social reforms through legal means, but was disbanded by the governor. Rizal used his transcendent mental superiority to battle with the Spaniards that wants to conquer our territory. When he was deported to Dapitan, he established a school, a hospital and a water supply system. Those four years of his exile coincided with the development of the Philippine Revolution from inception and to its final breakout, which, from the viewpoint of the court which was to try him, suggested his complicity in it.

He condemned the uprising although all members of the Katipunan had made him their honorary president. But they had failed to wipe out all Spaniards in the Philippines, although the Katipunan has greatly stricken the Filipinos heart for the sense of nationalism, with regards to liberation from the Spaniards.
