Personal responsibility is held in high esteem. Company Resources: Company Resources are of the sole use of the company in the conducting of business. Use of the company resources for personal gain will not be tolerated by employees at any level. Harassment: It is the policy of this company to prohibit any and all harassment for any reason, to include but not limited to, religion, color, race, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, veteran status, or sexual orientation. Confidentiality: Employees will use the utmost discretion when discussing any matter of company business.

The employee’s immediate supervisor will advise the human resource office of offence and action take to attempt to fix the situation. The matters seriousness will determine disciplinary action taken against the employee. Disciplinary action can include but is not limited to warning, written warning, probation, suspension, demotion and or dismissal. Ethics Training: All new hires will attend ethics training given by the human resource office. Training will be designed to give new hires an understanding of company policies as well as the company’s expectations of the employee.

All employees will have annual computer based ethics training as refresher. If an employee’s ethics are in question human resource may require an employee to retake new hire ethics training. Any changes in the ethics policy will be provide to employees for review before taking effect. Reporting Misconduct, Monitoring and Audit of Ethics: The company has an electronic form on the company website for anyone to anonymously report any unethical behavior. Misconduct can also be reported to any manager. Human resources will pull random employees for ethic testing.

The results from these tests will stand to audit compliance with the company code of ethics. Review and Improvement of Ethics Program: The company code of ethics will remain under constant review by management and human resources. Employee opinion will be sought at staff meeting for needed improvement. Human resource office will gather information submitted for review and present it to management for possible change to policy. Upon any change of ethics code all employees will be notified and training updated to show changes.
