Permission was granted in order to do this research. I used three instruments; they are questionnaires, interviews and observations. Questionnaires were used to seek information from personnel, for use in my survey. Questionnaires were used because it requires little time to be completed and it can be done at the convenience of the person required to have it completed. Observations were used because it gives the researcher a chance to see the equipment in use and to see the rates at which task are performed using computer related technology.

Interviews were conducted to get answer to relevant question. I prepared questionnaires and went to Red Strip Beer Co. Ltd and disturbed the questionnaires to the personnel. They were left and collected another day. All questionnaires were received and were properly completed. Questions 1. My major finding is that without some equipment the flow of the work will be slower or even that the work will not be carried out and the effectiveness of the equipment and its impact on workers. In fig . 1 below you will see that the equipment is very effective in the office.

A total of 35 questionnaires were handed out. They were collected back and a total of 31% of person say that the equipment is effective, while 43% said it is very effective and other 26% said that it is not effective.
