Not that I know of. Motley Crue is the made-up band name for an 80’s Glam Rock (Hair Metal) band that came from the Los Angeles Sunset Strip in California. They took a saying Mick Mars had heard, and changed their band name to Motley Crue (mispelling Crew to Crue on purpose).
