Cheek equipment again. * Review any possible devise that could fail and be prepared. * Confirm time and settings with hotel or caterers about food, beverages and any other thing needed like napkins, utensils and snacks. * Be sure to schedule breaks to give everybody time to relax and socialize. * Then wait until the people will show up and be prepared because something will go wrong and you need to be there to solve it. * At the end, summarized the meeting discussions; review findings, conclusions and recommendations; remind assignments and request involvement in future projects.
