Nomads are pastoral peoples who travel continuously to from grazing lands to grazing lands. They have dwellings which can be disassembled and reassembled easily due to the travelling. Semi- momadic people settle in a particular place for a longish period of time, but they too travel. Settled people are called sedentary people.
