Ancient China is divided into three sections of land (outer land, north china, and south china). In the Outer China, there are lots of deserts and steppes. In North China, there is yellowish, brown air since fierce wind blows loess into the air. The Yellow River flows in north china, too. North China has the most fertile soil in China. Also, north china has the richest mineral source. They have iron ore, coal, and oil. In South China, there are many mountains including the Himalayas. In South China, it is the rainiest in China.
