How was Caesar born as legend tells it

There may have been other legends about Caesar’s birth, but the only one I’m aware of is the preposterous one that he was born by Cesarean section. Impossible, because in the ancient world what we know today as a C section, meant instant death for the mother. Julius Caesar’s mother was alive and active in his life, so no surgical birth.
