The language of the Harappans was partially deciphered in May 2010 by comparing it with Brahmi script and Linear Elamite. The seals were found to be Sanskrit, Tamil and Prakrit personal names, for the most part.
Linguists have not found any inscription that are bilingual

Some striking features of the Harrapa and Mohenjo-daro are The Great bath, Granaries, Citadel, Drainage system, Roads that cut at right angle, lnscriptions which are not yet deciphered, Bronze dancing girl, Seals etc

both Mohenjo Daro and Harappa were constructed very similarly and had city walls, granaries, and fort citadels, which indicate some form of organization.
