get certain monsters at a certain level(like 3 blue eyes at level two)and if u did not use anything that turn (summoning,attacking,ect.)then u should be able to use them(u should know that they must be summoned already)i recomend u go to versus mode (u need a second profile)and setting the pp and ap settings to as high as they go and selecting the monsters u want to fuse
