Chapter 3
Development Strategy

The Undertaking Development
The Christian Grace School of Cavite had slow procedure of Officer’s Voting System because they merely used manual system in carry oning the Officer’s vote and it takes 1-2 yearss before they know who win. That’s why I created this system to decrease the paper works and the clip of numbering the entire ballots.

A. The Existing System

Figure 1 The Flow Chart of Existing System
The Existing Voting system of the school is manual vote system. The full campaigners name is listed in the paper and during the vote clip they will administer the paper and the pupil will vote. After the full pupil done vote. the instructor will number the entire figure of ballot and they will find now who win.

WATERFALL DIAGRAM

Figure 4 Waterfall Model of the Project Development

Figure 4 shows the development flow of the system undertaking. In Planing phase. system flow. design. colour and functionality was carefully plan. In the Data Gathering phase. interview was conducted and confer withing to other related undertaking was done. Furthermore. analysing phase on careful survey on how to project will be executed and performed. Therefore. it is a critical phase. Design/Coding. was edited in Adobe Photoshop CS5. In coding phase. Ocular Studio version 2008 was utilize and its codification was applied. Testing is the Fifth phase together with redacting where debugging was done and functionality checked was completed. Finally. the execution phase is the last application where the finished undertaking was consulted to the client and presented to the panel members.
